CHICKPEAS MAKE DELICIOUS PIZZA.
We love chickpeas, and we love pizza. That's why we combined the two to make a crispy chickpea crust that tastes as good as it looks. Topped with a simple tomato sauce and piled high with a blend of mozzarella, white cheddar, provolone, and parm, this pizza will have you melting faster than the cheese.
Crust: Chickpeas, Water, Tapioca, Olive Oil and/or Avocado Oil, Cocoa Butter, Less than 2% of: Yeast, Oregano, Garlic Powder, Salt, Date Powder, Sunflower Lecithin, Xanthan Gum, Baking Powder (Calcium Carbonate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate).
Toppings: Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese (Pasteurized Part Skim Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), White Cheddar Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Provolone Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Parmesan Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes).
Sauce: Tomato Puree, Date Powder, Salt, Basil, Garlic Powder, Basil Extract, Oregano.
Contains: Milk.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Remove pizza from box and unwrap all packaging.
- Place pizza directly on middle oven rack. Bake until cheese is melted and crust is light golden, 12-15 minutes (14-18 minutes at 450°F for multiple pizzas). Watch during baking, oven temperatures and times vary.
